Years of experience as a (peer)-mentor led me to envision a more intensive, mutually dedicated mentorship model. Tusk emerged from this insight, drawing inspiration from the ancient Persian concept of Sage-and-Disciples. Tusk’s approach is built on three key features: Sustained Focus, Mutual Commitment, and Reciprocal Learning (project-oriented). The name “Tusk” itself is derived from my future startup’s workflow concept, Phili-AI.
