Welcome to my personal website. I’m Amir, a physician, researcher, and traveler who also tries to be a mentor, or better to say, a peer mentor. This website sought to help you to be healthy, do your research, and study medicine (or perhaps know about me ‘:)

2021 – now
PanCanAID
PanCanAID is the most comprehensive pancreatic cancer dataset, which will be available to people worldwide. I started the PanCanAID project in 2021, dedicating most of my time and personal savings 😬. Since then, it has grown to include 14 institutes across five provinces. I aim to provide affordable cancer screening using machine learning algorithms. To learn more, please click on this link.
This project is dedicated to the memory of my grandfathers, Dr. Ehsani and Dr. Safavi-Naini. I hope that the ease it brings to patients can uphold their legacy, as it was their last wish.

EXAMINER
EXMINER is an open-source easy-to-use LLM-based desktop app that aims to help clinicians in creating standard questions. Special thanks to Nariman for his dedication, as well as Dr. Ahmadi for his guidance in developing this tool. My father was an otolaryngologist and attending physician. I helped him create standard questions for medical exams (e.g. board). I started by typing at the age of 10, then I was promoted to making summaries and finding the exact pages. I want to dedicate this tool to my father, who was my mentor and hero through these many years. Link to project.
