You can find researhcers in web of science search. But first you need to create an account, you can buy a cracked one in Iran Paper website
Scopus is another great engine you can find researchers worldwide by the keyword search. (bu I thinnk web of science is more interesting to use)

How to draw graphs for articles

Start with Excel and SPSS modules. Don't underestimate MS Excel you can create publication quality graphs without any pain​. But remember to export your graphs as PDF, and then open it with Adobe illustrator so you can make sure you are exportin your image with the required DPI and format. ​
As you finished your first year and for more data-sciencefiction graphs 🙂 you should learn R. I started coding in Python but still I think if you have any experience in coding you can creat astonishing graphs in R. Again remmeber to export your figures in PDF and open it with illustrator, so you can make minor changes. I recommend Data Camp website for learning ggplot2. I think you can learn it couple of days, and I would say even junior researchers can get their hands dirty with R.

How to draw picturesfor articles

You can easily use Canva to drawing your pictures. Super user friendly. Anyway you are limited to predefined vector graphics but you can do many things if you are innovative enough. (Buy Canva from www.license-market.ir)
For drawing pictures with more biology specific detail you have two options, draw it from scratch in photoshop or buy bioRender account. I was familiar with photoshop from middle school so I went for photoshop, but learning PS is time-consuming so think before start that.
